Start of Pregnancy Week 11 : Day 57 with 209 days to go

As your blood volume increase you may notice your veins becoming more and more visible, especially in your breasts, legs and abdomen. Your appetite will also start increasing, especially as the nausea starts to subside now.

Lets take at look at how the development is going this week:

As this week continues your babys body will begin to straighten and although the eyes are still wide set apart, they are in a temporary position until the head finishes it's development.
Over the course of this week the baby will continue to develop and thicken, and become less transparent.
The iris, which is the colored part of the eye will start to form, as well as the eyelids will now meet and temporarily fuse shut
During this week ossification centers will form in the skull, and those ossification centers in the other areas will continue to develop and become a little more solid.
The vagina is beginning to develop in girls, and penis is now distinguishable in males
By the end of the third month of your pregnancy, each baby shows a distinct individuality, and this is due to the actual structure of the muscles varies from baby to baby.
Facial expressions will already be similar to the parents
